Leaiire LLC ("Leaiire," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Leaiire Astra platform ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account Information: Name, email address, company name, phone number, and phone system type provided during registration
- Payment Information: Credit card details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
- Call Data: Call detail records (CDR), call recordings, transcriptions, and metadata provided by your phone system
- AI-Generated Data: Sentiment analysis scores, call summaries, intent classifications, and other analytics derived from your call data
- Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and interaction patterns within the Service
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and browser version
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process call recordings and generate transcriptions and analytics
- Send missed call alerts and notifications
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Send service-related communications (e.g., onboarding, updates, security alerts)
- Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve Service performance
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
- Comply with legal obligations
4. AI Training & Your Data
We do NOT use your data to train AI models.
Your call recordings, transcriptions, and analytics are processed solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your Customer Data to train, improve, or develop general-purpose AI or machine learning models. Your data is your data—it is not shared with AI model providers for training purposes.
5. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, Supabase for infrastructure, AI providers for transcription and analysis)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request
- Safety & Protection: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Leaiire, our users, or the public
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you will be notified of any change in ownership)
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share your information
6. Data Retention
We retain your Customer Data (call recordings, transcriptions, analytics) for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account cancellation or termination, we retain your data for 90 days to allow for data export. After the 90-day retention period, all Customer Data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. Account information may be retained longer as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- Encryption at Rest: AES-256 encryption for stored data
- Encryption in Transit: TLS 1.2+ for all data transmission
- Access Controls: Role-based access with multi-factor authentication for administrative access
- Infrastructure: Hosted on secure, SOC 2-compliant infrastructure
- Monitoring: Continuous security monitoring and logging
While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information

10. Voice & Biometric Data
The Service processes voice recordings for transcription and analysis purposes. We do not create or store voiceprints, voice templates, or other biometric identifiers from your call recordings. Voice data is processed transiently for transcription and sentiment analysis only. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific biometric data laws (e.g., Illinois BIPA), please note that our processing does not constitute biometric data collection as defined under such laws.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services that have their own privacy policies:
- Stripe: Payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure
- AI Providers: Transcription and analysis services (data is processed per our data processing agreements and is not retained by providers for training)
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these third-party services.
12. Cookies & Tracking
We use the following types of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential Cookies: Required for the Service to function (e.g., authentication session cookies)
- Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how the Service is used (e.g., page views, feature usage)
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
13. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
